  1. Picked up a Barnes4wd XJ transfer case skid. Had to modify it to fit the MJ. There's a little bit of a gap, but not enough to stop it from doing its job.
  2. Rock sliders were installed this weekend. Ended up just welding them on.
  3. Thank you. It has been a two year project.
  4. So dummy me measured my DOM links wrong. They were too short from what I wanted to do. So I decided to just go solid aluminum links.
  5. So I bit the bullet and just decided to go full hydro. So that meant the front axle had to come back out.
  6. With the TNT Customs inner fenders I had to move my battery to the rear, so I picked up this old Coleman cooler. I made some cables out 2/0 welding cable and ran them to bus bars on the inner fender.
  7. Decided on an auxiliary transmission cooler instead of relying on the stock one.
  8. Had to make room for the 40s, so the stock sheet metal needed a trim.
  9. 40's got mounted. The wheels and tires definitely squatted the little S10 a bit.
  10. Installed some TNT Customs inner fenders to help make room for the 40s. Drilling out all the spot welds of the stock inner fenders was fun.
  11. Got rid of the column shifter and installed a Winter's shifter. It will work well with the Niffty Shifter Jr. I also installed a couple PRP Daily Driver seats.
  12. I got the axles all painted and ready to sling under the MJ.

  14. It was time to finally mount the ORI's in their home for good.
  15. Finally bought my first house with my fiancé and was able to get the Comanche to the new house.
  16. I got the towers in place where I wanted them and also got the stiffeners welded in.
  17. Got the front axle set under the front and didn't touch the project again for another 6 months or so.
  18. Got the rear axle under the Jeep in the summer of 2020. My brother wanted to see what his wheels off his superduty would look like under it.
  19. 91 Pioneer SWB Started out with just a stock MJ that the previous owner couldn't get to shift out of first. Figured out it was a just a broken ground wire.
  20. Figured I would start a build thread. Even though the project is almost done. Build Specs: 91 Pioneer 4.0 AW4 4x4 07 SD60 4.10 gears 07 Sterling 10.5 4.10 gears Full hydro steering Front 14" ORI's PRP Daily Driver seats 40x13.50R17 MT Baja Bosses 17x9 Procomp wheels.
