Picked up a Barnes4wd XJ transfer case skid. Had to modify it to fit the MJ. There's a little bit of a gap, but not enough to stop it from doing its job. -

So dummy me measured my DOM links wrong. They were too short from what I wanted to do. So I decided to just go solid aluminum links. -

So I bit the bullet and just decided to go full hydro. So that meant the front axle had to come back out. -

With the TNT Customs inner fenders I had to move my battery to the rear, so I picked up this old Coleman cooler. I made some cables out 2/0 welding cable and ran them to bus bars on the inner fender. -

Installed some TNT Customs inner fenders to help make room for the 40s. Drilling out all the spot welds of the stock inner fenders was fun. -

Got rid of the column shifter and installed a Winter's shifter. It will work well with the Niffty Shifter Jr. I also installed a couple PRP Daily Driver seats. -

Got the front axle set under the front and didn't touch the project again for another 6 months or so. -

Got the rear axle under the Jeep in the summer of 2020. My brother wanted to see what his wheels off his superduty would look like under it. -
91 Pioneer SWB Started out with just a stock MJ that the previous owner couldn't get to shift out of first. Figured out it was a just a broken ground wire.
