Door Check and pin

Can anyone recommend a good door check, bracket and pin. I have the infamous door pop and want it to go way. Thanks guys

I think crown or omix Ada might be the only ones that make them.

Should be able to find the bracket and pin on there as well

When you ask about the door check. Do you mean the assembly in the door or the little bracket and pin that are on the body side?

Go grab a few from the rear doors of an 86 to 90 XJ. Hardly used and all ya gotta do is swap the sliding part.

The Mopar unit is significantly better than the aftermarket ones. Dorman and SKF both make one also. The Mopar ones used to be on rock auto but like $45 for a while

Yes Eagle on the inside of the door. Mine is popping pretty good. 😆

Ahh glad that’s cleared lol. There Mopar ones, I replaced them a few years ago and they have been excellent ever since. But who’s to say they won’t do the same thing 30 years from now where they break into pieces.
