Power/ Comfort switch removal

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the power/comfort switch? Do I just pull it off or do I have to take the dash apart? Thanks in advance

Pull the outer cover, 4 screws. Remove the screw holding the switch panel, squeeze tabs and remove switch

There are two compressing tabs one top and one bottom. Remove the dash bezel and then the switch base. You can press on the tabs and pop it out the front. You may be able to pop it out the front without removing the panels but it’s also quite possible you will brake or damage something in the process.

I appreciate the help, I just need to really know how to get it out. This shows how to bypass it. At some point I just want a functioning switch.
