Dzimm Posted May 14, 2021 Share Posted May 14, 2021 Looks like it's just a reinforcement plate for the bumper mount and uses real nuts instead of the stupid metal clip on things. It's there to deflect the box in case of a front-end collisions so the steering shaft doesn't, like, spear through the driver.They removed it in the HO years.
