Is this really what owners manuals go for?

I was thinking of grabbing an owners manual and decided to look on eBay. This guy has an 86 4x4 manual originally listed at $300.... With only one picture of the front cover. It has marked down to $119 as of today. Are owners manuals really selling for that high?

I assumed it was somebody going, "Rare truck, everything for it must be plated in unobtainium so I can charge whatever I want for it."

 

Odd I didn't see the reprint. Maybe I filtered just used ones.
