mancheflo
So just got off work and going to auto zone to get a gift card for my father in law and as I pull into the spot the Jeep just turns off, it’ll try to turn over all lights on and battery is good, any ideas? I’ve never had any problems with it starting in the past even when it’s been below 20 Merry Christmas to me 🙃
Drahcir495
My CPS started to give me a warning glitch before it went out completely. Just died and wouldn’t start - just turned over. After I fixed it, it seemed like it failed again; just cranked over. Gauge said battery was good, but I took it to advanced auto and had it tested. Turns out that battery had a bad cell in it. I hope something in here will help

87MJTIM
Does it crank, just not fire? Is it getting fuel? Do you hear the pump priming when you turn the key? You're at Auto Zone. Get a fuel pressure gauge and test FP. Fuel filter clogged? How old is it? Test the CPS with a multi meter. See Cruiser's Tip on testing the CPS. (I know Cruiser's Tip are Renix oriented, but the CPS testing is universal.)
Fernando87mj
Unplug the cps for a few seconds and plug it back in and see if it starts
Warren Mohler
unplug and replug CPS a lot of times this will work if it's weak
Eagle
As others have already noted, the most likely suspect is the CPS.

mancheflo
Any thoughts as to if this could be a fuel pump issue? Ran for about a month or so then do the same thing and now nothing
