This is going to be a newb question but...

is this the 8.25 or Dana 35?

To me it looks like a 35, the 8.25 have a flat spot in the bottom.

Also I read somewhere that the 2.5 4 speed manual has 4.10 gearing. Is this correct?

I'm not sure about that I want to say they are 3.55, I don't want to steer you in the wrong way. You can check the tag on your differential.
