Uploading picture - HELP!

I'm a idiot when it comes to computers.

I cannot figure out how to upload pictures to CC now the PB has begun extorting $ from us.

See where it says under the posting area "Drag files here to attach, or choose files" - you can either find the pic you want to upload on your PC and drag it onto the window, or click "choose files" and find it that way.

 

 

Once you do this, you'll always be able to use it by clicking on "Insert other media" and then "insert existing attachment"

I am trying to include a picture in "messaging."  The "drag file" is not an option in that section.

(for what it's worth I use enough space for pics that I still use imgur)

I just opened a new message and it shows "drag file or choose files" below my text box.

Hmm, I don't see it on any of my PM conversations. Maybe it's a permissions thing?

oh I sure hope not.  I keep getting lost in the infinite menus.
