fiatslug87 Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Sorry not on the MJ, just installed it on my wife's FJ Cruiser. Pretty stealthy!
HOrnbrod Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 That IS very cool Mike. You would never know it was there except by looking into the grill. Who makes it?
Hippie66 Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 Much cleaner than the hidden winch on my VW Baja.
fiatslug87 Posted January 29, 2017 Author Posted January 29, 2017 Who makes it? The winch mount is made by US Offroad, the winch is a 12000 lb Mean Mother with synthetic line and a Factor 55 Flatlink coupler, the flip up license plate bracket is from Cascadia 4x4. I made the lower grill removable to access the clutch lever and it has a wireless remote but I plan to run a control switch inside. It was a fun project, nice working on a vehicle not covered with grease or road grime, but you know how that is Don.

Ataki Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Shame all the factory hidden winch parts are unobtainable. It looked like a nice setup. It'd probably be a nightmare to piece together.
