rmoore1031 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 So it looks like my baby daughter is coming today. She is supposed to be due tomorrow. Got to the hospital at 11pm last night. They started to induce her at 1am. Going smooth so far. 4cm now and resting. Thanks to everyone that supported the gofundme page. Repayment will be soon with tax return anyday in the mail. Got a house lined up for cheap. And a newer family car too :)
Megadan Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Congrats! Enjoy no sleep for the next few months! lol
rmoore1031 Posted March 4, 2016 Author Posted March 4, 2016 Thanks guys. Here's the stats. Amanda Rylee Moore 03/04/16 4:54pm EST 7lbs 6ozs 20.5"
87MJTIM Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Sounds like a keeper. Congrats! She will grow up fast. My 15 YO daughter seems like only yesterday she was little. I mean little - 4 lbs 4 oz.
rmoore1031 Posted March 5, 2016 Author Posted March 5, 2016 Haha. Yeah she's a keeper for next 18 or so years. I'm really excited honestly. Can't wait to take her on rides in Jeeps and offroading. Really do appreciate the nice words and support from CC family. The newer car is a 2005 Toyota Avalon. Real nice car with good features and safety. I got the MJ sold to a friend. Also selling my XJ, :/ its not safe with a baby and I want to take good care of her. Obviously my money is pooled into down payments on car and housing. Thanks again.
ride172 Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Congratulations. Take good care of that little girl. There is a special relationship between a man and his daughter. The way you treat her will determine the type of woman she will become and the type of men she dates. Take the time to get it right. Kids just want attention and affection. Give it to them. Every chance you get. The other comments about time going way too fast are true. My little girl is six and I don't know where the years went.
Megadan Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 You went and had a girl. That means you need to start on the "You want to date my daughter" kit now so you are ready in the years to come! The shotgun is easy enough...
rmoore1031 Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Thanks guys. She sleeps a lot so far. I've decided to raise her as a Spartan warrior. Only way to afford college is the GI Bill like me. This way she'll be ready for everything. I predict that by age 12 she'll be better trained than me. So YouTube it will be after that.
ggcnash Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Congrats rmoore! They grow up fast bud, cherish every moment!
rmoore1031 Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 Thanks. Will do. We brought her home this afternoon.
rmoore1031 Posted March 17, 2016 Author Posted March 17, 2016 I need to get on photobucket again to show off my pictures lol.
jpdriver1 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 teach her to wrench, that way she can save $, by doing her own repairs if you're not avail congrats
rmoore1031 Posted March 18, 2016 Author Posted March 18, 2016 Haha, that'd mean I'd know how to wrench. I'm stepping out of the Jeep world for a minute. My MJ is now on payments by a friend. And I just posted my 90 XJ on Craigslist and here. I can still use my dad's 04 TJ, but not the same.
