MJDigger-CT
Hello laddies and gentleman. I've been working on my 89 Comanche , having trouble finding a new shackle. Mine is far gone. Found all the Cherokee ones. Buts its my understanding that there a bit shorter. Anyone ever have any luck finding them besides a junkyard? Jeep Driver
I have the JKS and I'm happy with it. NAPA sells the bushing if you have a press and the patience.

TheDude
Or you can get chevy drop shakles which will lift the truck an inch or so. They're usually $30.
dasbulliwagen
The stock Chevy shackles are the same length as mj ones. Might be easier to find the Chevy's.
HOrnbrod
I know of a source for NOS MJ shackles, p/n 52001828. They are $50/ea though. If interested send a PM. And no, they are not mine..........

Incommando
I am still trying to figure out how to lower my SOA rear without removing any leaves. The pack is soft and flexy now. If I went to the XJ shackle it looks like it would hit before flexing out?
MJDigger-CT
There was some confusion on on which bushing I wanted with the rep at napa. The leaf spring bushing the shackle mounts to is the one that was shipped in. Have to try again , or just man up and get a whole new unit.
