I see them go for around $200 all the time. I gave $150 for mine.

 

Up here pick and pull gets $130 with a $30 core for them.

Might be alright if it had the external slave, shift fork, t-case, front driveshaft, mount, and crossmember with it.  Too much for the trans itself.

I paid less than that for my NV3550. Pass.

 

Plus thats an internal slave AX15. I did a car-part.com search for an external slave AX-15 and found one from a 96 45 miles from Napa CA for $500 and one from a 99 for $424.

i got an ax15 and a np213 for $280...

i bought a perfectly running xj, external slave ax15, for less than that. $300, to be exact.

So on a bit of a side note. 

 

I already have a np213 in it, so what would I have to change out? I am sure there is a ton of info around but I just want to have idea

Same with here. Pick-a-part sells em for $137 with $25 core.
