Roll Bar

is the roll bar or light bar (whatever you decide to call it) a bought item or do most of you folks that run 'em just make them yourself? I have always been a fan of those of 80's trucks. if anyone has made their own if ya wouldnt mind posting the specs up here, that way myself and anyone else can make their own also.

It's actually a factory option with frame tie-ins for strength. If you keep an eye out on CL or here, they will pop up from time to time for about $100-150.

:yeah that: factory option. Some people do build them themselves, but finding a factory one isnt too impossible.

Yep, Google image the part number. I almost bought one. The price was too good and I researched it. Plus it is a black bar and I want a chrome one.

Huck731... have a look at this topic. I built my own roll bar. If ti looks like something that would be of interest give me a holler. It's nothing special, just functional, and the rear legs aren't installed yet.
