Make a long story short, I'm in a Entrepreneurial class at University of Houston, and as a group project we had to make a video and try to recieve as many hits as possible. The more hits we get the better a grade we get, so I really appreciate any views at all, and if anybody can post it around anywhere else, (other forums, websites etc.) or get more people to watch it, Id really really appreciate it. Its about parking at U of H, the silver mustang is mine, can you guess which pic at the end is me? Again I appreciate any help at all in advance. THIS IS NOT SPAM OR A VIRUS

I hear ya with the parking man. Same at my school.

My school was the exact same way. We also had student parking enforcement "agents" walking around (I saw one in your video too) that would ticket you the instant you parked anywhere illegal. I must have racked up over $400 in parking violations on campus but got my slate wiped clean by pleading down to some community service and spending a few hours picking up trash around campus :D

What are you pooling for? A parking garage? Be careful, you might get it. When I was at KSU the students wanted a garage for more parking close/on campus. They built it over an existing parking lot, so the parking issues were magnified during the 3 years of construction. They added more parking spaces, but not for students. Faculty spaces increased but student spaces decreased. Not to mention a simple meter fine went from $15 to $50. Athletic ticket prices also doubled.

 

I never drove to campus, granted I practically lived there due to my degree. A 20 minute walk would get me to class on time with out needing to blow an air horn at people. :rotfl2:

thanks guys, we have a parking garage but they charge you something ridiculous to park there its not even worth it. Its already bad enough that I have to pay $90 for a parking pass to park at the school.

Try well, well, over 200$ to park at UNT (TX)... and absolutely nowhere to park once you do. Watched vid.

We had to pay I think $75 (been too long to remember for sure) to park in a lot miles away from school where only one bus went. The only time it was worth getting your car was on the weekends due to the time you wasted waiting for the bus, riding out there and then repeating the process coming back. They built a brand new parking garage, but then didn't allow any students to park in it. I got lucky my senior year and could park on campus.
