512tr
Thanks guys, Congrats man! The both appear to be keepers. When you find a woman who, not only appreciates the depravity of the hobby, but encourages it you got to keep her. both are definetly keepers, and both came in to my life this year, meet my girl in May and bought the MJ in September. Not only she likes MJ's, she's also working with me in the garage and have no hesitation to get dirty hands. thats a sweet sunset 8) It's not only sunset, but sunrise as well...at this time of the year we never see the sun..just the light on the sky. At the end of January the sun will appear again... as a cure for the dark winter, we can see the sun 24 hrs in the summertime 8) Any close-ups of the, err, uh,........truck  he,he... 512tr
They are both beautiful -- the MJ, and the GF. That truck is too nice to lift. Please, please tll me you'll keep it stock. (See my signature line to understand why.) Thanks for all comments, I will not keep it stock, that's for sure, my basic enthusiasm and inspiration is to build and modify. Besides the MJ, I have 2 other cars and 2 bikes, all of them are modified. (I also enjoy driving :) ) I find a great pleasure and recreation working with cars and bikes, and give me much happiness when it works out. Check out this link, my present bike project: http://www.hobartwelders.com/mboard/sho ... 104&page=1 So Eagle, I can't promise you that my MJ will stay in stock condition, but I hope it will become a decent overall truck, capable offroad /onroad, practical, good looking, and a little bit more powerful than the stock renix 4.0. In general the MJ's looks good in near stock condition, (opposite from the YJ and TJ's), so I will not go the SOA way and + 33", that's too much for my use and further plans. (Have the YJ with 6" lift/ 35" and ARB locked) It's now 3 months since I bought the MJ, and I enjoy the truck more than ever. I have been looking for a car for my GF, but as things have turned out, it's the MJ she wants to drive.... Have already planed some small fixing to do in the Christmas, replace the track bar, install a mirror switch ( the old mirrors was gone, have already installed some XJ el. adjustable mirrors), put on a tonneau cover and make and install ventilation covers/louvers.... and off cause do some driving, depending how much snow there is. But first I have to get home, I'm fare away at the moment, I'm planning to drive home this week with my YJ, it's a 1 100 miles ride on icy roads, aprox 30 hrs drive.... but my old YJ have never let me down, so I trust it will take me home safe this time also :) Driving route. Here where I'm working at the moment, onboard this pipeline Lay Barge.
