Recent Midwest Tornadoes

Anyone affected by these in Ohio and Illinois? Tis the season. :( We dodge these damn things all the time down here. Hope y'all are okay and well.

I was camping and wheeling not too terribly far away from the EF-4 in Lake Township, Ohio that killed 5 people.

 

No damage where I was at, though.

I don't know of anyone offhand from here over in Streator and Dwight. Those are the towns in Illinois that got hit.

no but my sister in law and brother in law live just south of streator, but didn't have any significant damage. kind of crazy though seeing a street i'd just been on a couple of weeks ago when we visited them torn up by a storm.

Southern Michigan got hit too. My sister in Battle Creek had either a tornado or straight line winds tear up her neighbor horribly just one street over from her house, roofs blown off, huge trees down, stuff strewn everywhere. I didnt hear about any deaths, but still scary.

Missed the part that it was Lake Township in Woods county. I thought it was further east.

 

I was at Jeepskool, near Garrettsville. Far northern Portage county. There were tornado warnings just north of us.

 

A tornado also damaged a school as well as Skyline Manufacturing (they make modular homes) in Sugarcreek, about 5 miles from Strasburg.

Its been kinda nasty here in south central WI the last few days too...
