beaterjeep
Thanks once again to all, I am still doing alright, but I'm also still in here. I do wish they would let me bring my XJ here to wrench on, that'd be a blast! I have a bit of bad news again though, my CO2 levels in my bloodstream have elevated, so I'm having frequent headaches and talks of putting me on a bi-pap machine while I sleep. It wouldn't be a permanent option, but one that will help while it's needed. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything on when I'll be released, but I'm hoping for this weekend if my PFTs go well tomorrow, after my appointment to learn about my port (for those that know my last name, you'll see a bit of humour in me having a port :rotfl2: ). I will update after I get back to my room, and let everyone know how it all went.
beaterjeep
Well, I finally got a second to update. My PFTs went about as expected, poorly, so I'm no longer sure if a weekend break out is possible. :grrrr: Anyways, I also now have a scheduled CT scan of my sinuses tomorrow to see if there's any troubles there. For now though, I have to sign off and get some sleep that I believe I've earned. As usual, I'll keep everyone posted, and have to thank you all yet again for everything. We have to set up a nationwide meet & greet some time, so I can buy those of age a .

mfpdm
Since they are checking all your fluids, might as well get them to rotate the tires. :D But Seriously, best wishes go out to you for a speedy recovery.

beaterjeep
New update again. I had PFTs today (Friday) again, and well, let's just say they weren't too great. So, because of that, mixed with my CO2 levels haven't come down yet, starting last nite I have been using bi-pap while I sleep, and will more than likely end up having to use one at home as well. Good news though, I will be home early next week, just in time for the holidays. :clapping:

beaterjeep
Thanks for removing that crap Rob, appreciate it (though I did read it before it was *poofed*). GOOD NEWS! I'm writing this post from the confides of home finally! Although I am still on home oxygen, and still on the I.V. meds, I'm out of there nonetheless. Now the real long road begins, the one that gets me healthier again.
