reson46 Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 Clean off all of that RTV, quickly. You are going to clog up your cooling system. You don't need anywhere near that much. Now take off the belt before you put the thermostat housing back on. It is very easy for the thermostat to slide down between the housing and the head when you try to install it with the belt on. Jakeman17 Posted October 15, 2009 Author Share Posted October 15, 2009 I went and got my oil changed today and here is what I found out: I need a crankshaft pulley mine is rubbing on case water pump heater control valve flexable rear brake hose also found out I have a Vacuum leak My fuel filter is on wrong Ball joints are good Nothing really broken or hanging The guy said he would buy it off me for 2K. Should I do synthetic or regular? How much? Jakeman17 Posted October 19, 2009 Author Share Posted October 19, 2009 Got pulled over by a State Trooper today I got ticket for no turn signal use(i used it) following to close(guy pulled out in front of me right before cop) He said he let me go on Speeding( only i was speeding though not the guy i was following Loud exhaust?? Reckless driving for trying to pass this guy then going back into same lame??? He was a complete @$$ hole I asked him how fast i was going he said you flew by me...... he was sitting still i was doing 35MPh speed limit lol He gave me a verbal warning (if i would have gotten ticket i would have asked to see radar) but i changed my diff fluid and o2 sensor and got sand bags Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
