The langauge is either Spanish or Portugese.

 

 

So I would bet its somewhere in South America. Maybe Fernando will see this and can shed some light on it.

Language is spanish but it is not Argentina. We do not have this kind of eventes so far. I cannot get the accent. It could be Venezuela or Mexico i think because they both have imported comanches. I am not sure.
