  1. Complete and ready to go in  . You will even get a flow chart with them showing the matching.
  2. X2 ... The AX-15 would be the easiest solution.
  3. XJ brackets will not bolt in an MJ. You can do some cutting and re-fitting to make an XJ seat fit on an MJ bracket, but that will not likely help you any.
  4. Yea...don't put any faith in that ;) . I work at a Jeep dealership in the parts department and I just double checked my research. The injector part number was the same, and only one choice, for '87 - '90. WIKI is just a place that anyone can go and put stuff in unfortunately.
  5. Replacement valve cover grommets are avaiable at the dealer for both the 2.5 and 4.0 engines if this is what you mean. Not on the older style engine as in my pictures at the beginning of this thread. The later style uses replaceable grommets though. ;)
  6. I had the same problem...took the fuel rail out and found at least 3 different style injectors in it...
  7. He just told me that they just finished getting 10 sets ready so grab them up as they are moving pretty good for him
  8. I have done several hours of research on these here lately trying to help Wojtek at Precision and I have no information that there is any difference in '87 & '88. All indications are that '87 - '95 can use the same replacement Ford injector that I have posted here and see improvements. I don't know that there will be a noticeable power increase, but they should help it run smoother and get better MPG. I have another thread in the Tech forum about my install and results.
  9. It's all molded together as one piece.
  10. In gear is the best way. If it is in neutral you will have the output shaft wiggling and it will make it harder to tell if there is a problem. As CW said...sometimes it does require removal to check the caps & bearings.
  11. Yea...I didn't specifiy, but I had them swap the AAL in the kit for the MJ version. The XJ AAL is too short.
  12. What about the cam sensor/distributor pick-up? If you have power to the coil, but no spark to the distributor, it woulod seem that the coil is either bad or the pick-up plate is bad with a no pulse situation. This is by far not my strong point in mechanicing so I may be way off...but it is just what seems to make sense to me.
  13. I haven't gotten to that yet, but that is what I intend to do as well. Mine is just bare metal right now.
  14. I have never had one make noise so I would think something is wrong.
  15. 4.5" kit will do you well and I agree on the RE adjustable control arms as too  I have the Hell Creek 3" leaf springs and the RE 3.5" kit. Love the Hell Creek springs :D . With the SWB truck, you may need the SYE, but I don't think I would worry about it to start with since it is going to be a street truck. If you get vibes, then you may have to consider it. You will probably have to put some 2 degree shims on the rear axle to move the pinion up just a bit to help avoid vibes.
  16. That is a VERY nice design. I would be interested in one of those, but would rather see a smooth design on the quarter panel protection instead of the diamond plate look. That look is just old and out of style.

I would love to see water become a viable source of energy, but it will never happen because it would take away the biggest cash cow that our greedy government has. The price of oil is completely attributed to big oil and the government filling their pockets...no other reason. Please don't believe the crap about shortages.
  18. Mine were 200-201... Definitely a quality product
  19. Well, it is one half of a two part harness. The part that includes that tube is Chrysler part# 53004838 and should cost you around $45. The other half if needed is part# 53004868 and should be in the same price range.
  20. Yes...it could make quite a mess if there is nothing hooked up there at all.
  21. If you are talking about the breather hose in my first picture...yes it is important as it is a primary part of vacuum/vetilation for the system and your engine will not run well without it properly connected.
  22. Yes it is. See my other thread about the deal on the injestors here... http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7770
  23. Nope...no gasket, just the o-ring. Double check that everything is tight and that there are no loose vacuum connections. If it's running good, I can't imagine anything being loose, but you never know.
  24. RE = Rubicon Express I bought This Kit I also added These Upper Control Arms You will also need to figure out the shocks. I went with ProComp ES9000's as I always do. RE does sell shocks as well so you could always just have them send the appropriate shocks with the kit. I used the Add-a-Leafs from the kit to start with until I found the springs from Hell Creek. The AAL's are VERY stiff and not recommended for continued use. Yes, it is an XJ kit, but the front is the same and all I had to do was tell them thatI needed the longer AAL's for an MJ and they traded them out for me. All told...I spent a little over $600 on the RE/ProComp stuff alone.
