I'm getting readdy to build a 4.7 stroker motor :D and i was wondering what is the best way to clean the piston rods can i sandblast them or just soak them in some degreaser? also where can i get a complete gasket set cheap? i called around and found the cheapest Fel Pro gaskets for like $103 for the upper and $33 for the lower parts of the motor, is this a good price for these? Thanks Lower Jeep

for tail light shavers just get some metal and start at the end by the tail gate and bend it around while welding it in and for a roll pan i used a 87-96 dakota roll pan had to cut i think 1 1/2" form each end and 3/8" out of the flange that bolts to the bed and the outside of the pan

the one on the left looks like a automatic computer for the tranny the tranny will not shift out of 1st gear with out this and the second one looks like a cruise control unit i think. -
please don't put foam in the bed side, like they said make friends with some one that has a welder because i had a dodge shadow that some one put foam in a rust hole before i got it and had a new paint job on it and with in 3 months it made the hole even bigger. foam is not a good choice for any thing that is going to be exposed to the elements even after drying the foam out and welding new metal in the rust started back before i got rid of the car.

my parents had a 1993 ford taurus wagon in the last year that we had it it was in the shop for 8 out of the 12 months in the year head gaskets blew at 53,000 miles , when they first bought it the rear window would not roll down, they fixed it but then when we got it back the front seat had a sqeack in it and the sale rep. told us face to face that we bought a ford and not a mercedes tehy ordered in a new car with the same color interior and swapped the seat out and put the bad seat in the new car and sold it that way
