lower jeep

there are a few types of cams what duration should i get it i am runnig a stock engine, with a cold air intake i want something that is still driveable but has a lot of power.

does any one know where i can get a cam for my 4.0

going to put in a set of 93 caddy taillight in to the bed and shaving the original taillight (any body need taillights) might shave the tail gate handle but not the tail gate and getting rid of JEEP like the last one (pain in the @$$) going to notch the frame 2" in the back to get clearance for the axle (didnt like playing tag with the frame) with the 4" blocks that i had in it got a 93 grand cherokee front bumper to put on the truck, had to cut out 5" from the center to get it to fit( not the center but on the out side after the fog light holes) and then i have to cut the fenders to mount the sides of the bumper. :eek: soon ging to order air ride for the back of the truck toget it to sit on the ground like 2wd mini trucks should

ok sorry i havent up dated this in a while 1. i took off the cougar springs because they rubed the bump stops and rode to soft for me 2. put the lowering spring back in it 3. never lifted the rear other than took out the lowering blocks, might be putting them back in though 4. got a new bed from a JY in STL with a roll bar in it with tail lights and tail gate.

i got a set of lowering springs for a mj, form a truck place in Canada about 2 yers ago for 50 canadian dollars (about $25-30 i think) they were made by warn (the winch comp.) guy said he ordered them for a guy about 10 years ago and he never picked them up so i got them :D 8) but my is a 4.0 i have to think they would have a set of custom springs on them because they all look different heights to me or they have a set of coilovers on them for the front and the back looks like they have a mono spring in the back

after thinking about it that would make sense because the other trucks did have any bigger engines that could keep up with the 4 litre

http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopi ... t=roll+pan that first one is my truck I'm getting a new bed for it and redoning it i hand made this one and looks like crap. i saw the roll pan that i wanted form a xj i just rembered because it was a 3 piece one that had parts ot cover the side bumber areas i just can't find it on hyere or jeepforum any more and seeing if any body knew who made it .

i saw about 6-9 months ago some one had a custom made roll pan made for a mj or xj can't remember but i know it was made by a company just for these vechiles it might have been on there or jeepforum.com any help would be very helpfull. Thanks

sorry guys but i got a new car (3000 GT) so i havent messed with the jeep for a little while but i got the truck lifted up finally with cougar springs in the front and took out the drop blocks on it ill have new pics of the truck tomarrow hopefully if its not raining like i heard it would

I GOT ABOUT 12-16 with how i drive because i like the skiny pedal also but my dad drove the trcuk for a week last summer and he said that he got about 20 MPG but i have no cat and a glass pack on it

that is awesome are you going to shave the handles and the tail lights on it like in the redering and a question for you what kind of door selinoids are you going to use in yours?

it just a 3 inch lift do i need longer contol arms really. maybe some one can answer this can i use a set of 4-link bars for a long arm kit becasue i can get them cheap like 25-30 dallors a peice and a set of bgrakets mounted farther back CWLONGSHOT are the new BFGs MTs the same tread style that the old ones are

sorry the pics are really bad i don't know why they are that bad the bump stops needs to be trimed because they rub the spirngs when there is a load put on them has any one else had this problem ?

got any pics of the BFGs A/T tires i think they are i saw some BFGs i Truckin magizine but can't find them any more they were like 116 dollars here is some pics of the front end lifted the rear end should be geting lifted in a few days (basically taking out the drop blocks)

i want it to be basicly a streetable pre-runner style truck that will preform like one kind of like this i wasnt sure about want i wanted it to be like but i want to be able to fly over all the feild style terrain that is around me kind of usless to build a rock crawler when the bigest rock around use i the rock in my drive way and it is a 2wd truck and don't want to do a 4wd swap

sorry guys but i just got power on today from not having it since last thrusday idk what kind of tires it want i want some thing that looks kind of like the SS LTBs i can get a set of 245/65R17 but no 17 inch wheels ot put them on

i was thinking of geting a set of Super Swamper LTB-Bias tires 31X11.5 has any one used these tires before and where you happy with them? :brows:
