  1. I'm telling ya the intrepid bottle is one of the cheapest/easiest mods I've done. It gets rid of that cheap a** plastic cap and replaces it with an actual rad cap, it also sits the bottle lower so no more bumping the hood Several of my friends have done the swap and have NO more probs :)
  2. I've swapped in a bottle out of a Dodge Intrepid into a couple different jeeps. $10 or so at a yard and comes with a regular rad cap.
  3. I use a "porkchop" box that sits over the wheel well
  4. Can get these from any parts store Image Not Found

  7. Anyone have suggestions on how to get a pic to post? I have my pics on Flickr and when i use the share tab "Grab the link" it tells me that I can't use that so I tried the "Grab the Hotmail/BBCode" I get what you see above the first isHTML and the second is BBC. I have no problem posting on other forums this way. I'm stumped

  9. I put on some of those autozone cheapo vents, although i am fond of the datsun vents as well.
  10. Good luck on finding those manual doors, I looked pretty hard for about 6-7 months and found only 1 set and the drivers door was completely hail damaged. The only other ones I've seen were in a couple of two doors that I had to snag the armrests out of. But I'm a cheap sob and have just been scouring only u pull it yards. I think it'll be worth it in the end, I hope lol. Good luck and your truck is coming along nicely.
  11. Here's a link I found for ya http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Project_XJ/Project_XJ.htm

  14. Just saw this over on another forum JCR is planning a bumper coming out in a month or so from what the article says I Like It
  15. http://www.flickr.com/photos/67584637@N03/8034603692/ Yeah pretty much, I put a bolt in the distro block to plug it and the other end was just unhooked from the original valve. Here's a pic of where I mounted my Adj. Prop Valve. I can just reach in from the wheel well and adj. as necessary. I love it
  16. I'm running a 8.25 with kj discs, I eliminated the 2nd line and put an adjustable prop valve in line, I have 35's and it stops great
  17. Have you thought about one of these? Any parts store should have one, fits perfect,4 cupholders and more storage. Sorry kinda dirty.
  18. Heads up, I just saw three trucks at Colorado Auto Parts and two trucks at Pull-n-Pay off of 66th or so & Broadway
  19. Hope the truck is still going strong, Don't know if you need any parts or not but I saw 2 Comanches at Pull n pay on Broadway/60th and saw 3 of them at Colorado on Sante Fe
  20. I can't believe they wanted that much, that's rediculous. I'll keep my eyes out for one for you. Truck looks good back together. Thanks for the compliment it still has a long way to go though, I'm running a Rough Country 6 1/2" short arm and SOA in Rear.
