My wiper motor was on its way out when it slowed down/ stopped... The intermittent control box can stop working to and cause wiper issues as well.

Saturday I replaced the Drier, Pressure Switch, and refilled the system, thus far no noticeable leaks and the ac is working well.

if you can get a helper, apply parking brake, put the tranny in neutral and have someone shift from 2wd to 4wd H then neutral, then 4wd L. there is a lever on the transfer case if the lever is moving it then most likely it is shifting properly.. if it stays in one spot then the linkage is loose.. you can also lift up the jeep so all the tires are off the ground start up the jeep and put into first then it should be easy to tell if 2wd it really in 2wd and so on. but thats all the help i can do, you may have a broken gear somewhere? the diffs are easy enough to check, while the jeep is jacked up pull off the covers and inspect the spider and ring gears, edit: after typeing all of the above i re read your last post "I don't notice any differences in turning but what I do notice that when I'm on a hill when I press the clutch in its sapose to roll down right? Mine doesn't" It may be possible the slave cylinder needs to be replaced, it also would not hurt to replace the clutch lone and the master. when i swapped mine it only took a couple hours with a second person helping.

You could go aftermarket, some of those can also be had to protect the oil pan of the engine and another for the transfer case.

"Going down the highway" where you in 2wd or 4wd, are you sure the shifter is shifting the transfer case and not just staying in 4wd high?

So the z linkage and the bracket for it in the body also meet to be swapped as well?

Unless its different from the BA-10 4x4 I should be good, just need the transmission side if things

Started working on replacing the ac drier and pressure switch. While I am at it I may also replace all the o-rings. If It doesn't start raining first....

I have an XJ center console in my MJ. Is yours an auto trans? and what year did you get it out of? mine is a 86-96 center console, not sure if it was auto or stick.. gotta love ebay, anyway the shifter stuff can be swapped

That is freaking awesome. And pretty cheap compared to most cold air intakes too.. I think i will totally snag one of them, after i finish lifting my 'manche :3 Will these fit the 4.0 that came in the 88 comanche or do they have to be the 4.0 HO? it looks like you will need the throttle body adapter posted earlier on this thread to make it work

All the expressions my Dogs give are amazing, they each have their own personality and the looks they give you are clear indicator of what they are thinking. I don't know why but all 3 of my dogs like to get in My seat, Charlie will jump in the Jeep the moment the door is opened. Once i opened the rear lift gate on the WK and she climbed over my 15" sub past the kennel and made into my drivers seat... then getting her out of the WK is a task as she Does not want to get out and she will do her best to evade you lol.

LOL, So true, She Jumps into the Jeep every time I open the door.

I was in the house watching TV when i heard a thump sound out side, I looked out the window and found Charlie curled up on the cab of mt MJ. The last week so so it had been raining everyday so I guess that was the only dry spot she could sun herself.. Guess I won't need to worry about the neighbor's cats getting on mt Comanche now lol
