dana 30 pinion nut torque is 200-220 ft lbs. pinion bearing pre-load 12-15 inch lbs new 6-8 inch lbs used dana 44 pinion nut torque 140 ft lb min. (it has a crush sleeve so i believe youll want to tighten until proper pinion bearing preload) pinion bearing preload 14-19 inch lbs new 6-8 inch lbs used

thanks. i got on the waiting list when business was booming and only had to wait like 4 months. my brother got in 2 years before me and he had to wait about a year. in my local they only bring in aroud 10 people a year.

3.5 years into a 4 year millwright apprenticeship and i finally journied out as the school is making major changes and getting too political. still have lots to learn and a few more precison tools to pickup but i have a fancy card atleast

you ever going to post up pictures of your visor mounted? i got a lighted xj one and I'm having my neighbor do some glass work to fix it up. sitting on the mj the side's stick out to far and the drip rail seems to be in the way so I'm thinking of cutting the sides off and making new ones. just curiouse as to how yours mounts
