  1. Should I start a new inquiry thread, who makes long bed tonneau covers for Comanche's?
  2. how long ago, their website is down and their phone disconnected
  3. any chance you still have apart number?
  4. What about building an AMC 304/360, or source the 390/401. Dodge Dakota RT Magnum 318/360 would also be nice. Never mentioned budget, and Hemi is going to consume quite a bit. I've got a 2.8L GM I'll sell ya
  5. The MJ isn't the typical punks vehicle to steal, or high enough profit for a chop shop, it's going to be some pond scum wanting a bunch of parts for theirs.
  6. ok, hijack time, you guys mentioned tonneau covers, who sells them for Comanche long beds??
  7. Well, did any of you guys call again??
  8. Personally, that's how I'd do it, but some may want to keep their truck as original as possible. And, how often should you really have to change a wiper motor??!
  9. Thanks! Not an LS guy, prefer just a good ole Vortec or standard carb 350, cheaper and makes more than enough power for any Comanche, Cherokee, Wrangler etc, it's not like I'm racing it, and way more than enough to go wheeling. I've got a good 350 and 305 but don't want that much motor really in the truck due to room under the hood. I think a decent V6 will suffice. I'm going to have to do something to the 2.8 sooner than later, it marks it's spot a little too heavy.
  10. Just called the (918) 240-3408, it's real, he's available, call NOW I called at 12:07
  11. I love Summit Racing here in Talmadge Ohio, the epitome of professionalism, I talked to the guy on the phone to make sure I was getting the right application, and he even took my order over the phone even though I have an online account with them, and Voila---it will be here TODAY!!!!
  12. yeah I was thinking same
  13. going to temporary hijack thread, which looks better, obviously after clean up and paint/center caps
  14. I've got the exact same wheels I've been saving
  15. we got Jeeps, we're good
  16. When I get to it, I'll do a write up with pics supplies and how to
  17. I love wiring challenges, I'm going to leave the wiring stock but splice into the slow speed with a relay tied directly to a separate knob controlling speed at the dash, and replace the motor with the XJ upgrade
  18. actually, thinking of leaving the oem turn stalk alone and rewiring to an aftermarket dash setup, delay will be on a rheostat, tied into the wiring
