Hoses look good. I have rims that will fit my 44s just need tires

Ok that is smart I should look for the tires I want. (anywhere good to look for used tires?) reliability is good. I think I fixed my parasitic draw issue. hopefully manual swap helps as well. Flushed the cooling system and new thermostat but other than that stock. It is running way better and I feel good

ok So from what I’m picking up I’m not too far out of where I want to be. Close enough to get the rear burned in and the front more dialed. Get tires on then measure for shocks?

Ok sounds good. Stil need to order tires hopefully tonight. When should I measure for shocks? Sooner rather than later I’m trying to make it to the takeover

So I need to go up 3/4s in the rear? Or what exactly is the plan of attack?

so I need to lower the front?

ok so I measure to the bottom of the axle tube (truss makes it hard to measure top) 18 3/4 in the front 18 3/4 in the back to the frame rails.

Ok makes sense I will work on that when I get the chance. Trac bar still is too short or at least doesn’t want to line up

when can I measure for my front drive shaft? My front axle has no pinion gear right now but I can through one and tighten the yoke down enough to get a measurement within a 1/4 inch

Idk yet havent gotten up to my dads to measure yet. Likely afterschool tomorrow

I measured from the fenders to the ground I didnt realize that I was doing it the wrong way

what is said factory method?

So I should get a six pack and potentially a shorter shackle?

I did mine used just whatever semi matte black paint I used for my grill. I immediately got anti sieze on it though

ok so still have 1/2 of squat. my thinking is 6 inch shackle should get me 3 inches in the back putting my at 2.5" of rake? any one have any shackle suggestions? or add a leaf?

thats so cool. got it in today mostly headache free! just need to do all the accesories and then do the pedal and master asembley and it will be "driving". I did already break 2 bits trying to drill the old roll pin out of the old master so I can use the clutch line with my new master. also I still can seem to figure out the "quick disconnect" fitting on the slave side

hardened studs came (thanks pete!) trans should go in tomorrow. should I grease the inside of the bushing?

I agree. still doesn't make sense why I had a 1/2" of squat. maybe my numbers where wrong
