  1. how hard is it to convert to a power steering cooler?

My metric ton came with a aw4 transmission cooler and I am manual swapping very soon so this brings up the issue of what to do with it. as far as I know ax15s don't have the holes for the cooler and they don't really need them either. I would like to cool something because it would be cool but it seems like a lot of work. Dunno
  3. I got it to start except for a huge fuel leak at injectors 4 and 5 where they attach to the fuel rail
  4. havent even attempted starting it missing 2 wires
  5. Thanks fiat. Have not replaced cap or rotor. No rubbing of wiring. I put my old injectors back in until I can get the right ones.
  6. ok. I didn’t check all of the plugs last time but I just did and all are dry except for 3 . In checking them I messed up 1 maybe two spark plug wires. I can take some off my xj but the xj is down at my moms house rn so it will be a day until I can get those on

  9. first off I was at that same park earlier today. and second unfortunately no
  10. So timeline. I wanted to get my truck running a little better so I decided to invest in some coolant, spark plugs , injectors, upgraded headlight harness (because my buddy’s truck burnt down recently and I don’t want the sameness to happen to mine) so Tuesday I flushed my coolant with a bunch of distilled water and put a new thermostat in and put new 50/50 in Wednesday I did half of a c101 delete and got a new fuel filter in thirday I finished my c101 delete and started it up and it took a second to fire up because I had drained the lines for the fuel filter but it was running much better after that. And I thought I would start it up before my injectors and my spark plugs just so if it was running bad I new it wasn’t the delete. So then I put the sparks and injectors in about the same time and again took a second to fire up but it did and idled and ran not ver smoothly and then I couldn’t get it to start this morning because of I thought I ran out of fuel because it was on empty and I had a fuel leak with doesn’t help. So I bought a new o ring witch fixed the fuel leak and put some gas in and charged the battery still nothing. I broke the vacuum hose that comes out of the throttle body right under the tv cable a while back because brittle 35 year old plastic but it was running fine with some aluminum tape but the tape fell off so I taped it again today to no prevail

  12. So now it doesn’t want to start it sounds like a fuel issue to me I put new gas in it
  13. my money is on a spark plug wire and bad fuel pressure
  14. pre gapped. I will confirm if the wires are seated tomorrow

  16. Ok I bet it’s an o ring then because I got the connector all the way in. And I did forget to touch the terminals together. What does that do exactly?
  17. I replaced my stock injectors this morning for some Bosch 4 holes and now my truck idles very poorly. Almost sounds like a miss but not quite. I also replaced my spark plugs at the same time and I am mostly sure that I got the wires right. I have heard of when you replace and upgrade your injectors rough idle is normal? Not sure of the truth of that. But the more pressing issue is that where the return line off the vacuum connector it is leaking and I don’t know what I did to break it or how to fix it

    what I did was I hit them with a torch for like a milisecond and then some trim conditioner

  21. ok thanks guys. I might pull all of the ac stuff and come this winter or sometime do that.
