  3. Located in R & R Salvage, Laingsburg, MI. Really beat up, body is shot, but interior is ok. 4cyl motor.
  4. good time to do any overhead wiring from the roof too. CB antennas, clearence lights and such.
  5. Ok so they made a XJ and an MJ one. but the real question is if this is an XJ one, how much of a headache will it be to put it on an MJ?
  6. well apparently Lund doesnt even make em for comanches, but they did for the xj. so i guess i'll buy it and see if it fits.
  7. How much work would be needed to retrofit a Cherokee's Moonvisor to a Comanche?
  8. Someone should walk in with a KBB excellent price quote. I love the bit where they don't have the mileage.
  9. Hemi. Go big or go home.
  10. buu?
  11. Which universal?
  12. well i got the shells i just need the guts. lol
  13. need interior components to make it a complete door. prefer manual 97-01 doors, I have the shell and glass. need interior trim, rubbers, window regulator, door handle.
  14. Yup. would prefer manual since i don't wanna have to wire that mess.
  15. cheap and easy except the tools aren't. lol I'll just run down to walmart and pick up that MIG.
  16. Ok.. I know 97-01 doors will git an 84-96 XJ/MJ. You just gotta switch out the striker bolt. But what I need to know is will the INSIDE PANEL on a 84-96 match up to a 97-01 OUTER SHELL. The guy I was going to get a complete door from flaked and all i got was the outer shells and windows. I know already I will need to acquire some rubber mouldings from a salvage yard. but the window crank, door latch, these are all things I need to know if they can match up. wouldn't they be the same as a non-power late model XJ? or did these just not exist.
  17. I like it. I'd love to have a Comanche as a utility truck if I ever win it big. One utility, one trail, one parts grabber...
  18. try checking craigslist for other small truck (or even full truck) bars. An S10 or dakota one might not be exact, but thats why god invented the Mig and Tig.
  19. ha. me too.
  20. Guess what. Most places that do the oil changes won't touch it because they don't have the tool. Took mine to valvoline, penzoil, some others, and they all scratched their heads.
  21. What could I replace the studs and such with? Anyone got a measurement for the bolts? 1/4" coarse? M8 x 4?
  22. Like most of our MJs, my bolts are stubborn. What ways have other people done to remove a bed that is probably going to scrap. Could I cut the bed open top side and just kill the bolts that way?
  23. Pull the driveshaft then, gives ALOT more room to work.
