I'm wanting to get a bull bar or brush guards for my 89. i need to know which jeeps are compatable to swap parts from theres one or creigslist for 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee thats a heck of a deal but don't know if it will fit

sorry i keep forgeting to do that it a a 89 4.0 long bed one thing i was wondering would the gearing in need to be changed. i mean did jeep use the same rear end rearing for 2wd and 4wd. I'm new and before i bought the truck id never heard of a comanche. the main reason why i got it was i knew the 4.0 motor, and that with care it would run forever. so I'm kinda blind on what i can and can't do

ok I'm thinking of convering to 4wd and doing maybe 3in of lift. 1 i need to know what all i need to do it. 2 how to justify it to the wife 3 about how much it would cost, hiting junk yards and part outs on cregslist for most parts i told my paintball team i don't mind using my truck as our tank so having 4wd and a lift would help alot for that cause i wouldnt have to worry about mud as much. also it would look cool well thats my situation whatcha think. also if anybody in the middle ga regon id love some help and if you want to play some paintball comon out

dosnt work in my case its been out for about a month now il check the ground. would it be coming off the gauges or the harnes on them

sorry its a 89 2wd long bed about 260,000 other than a little eletrical like this its in great shape

ok i checked the fuse panel. dosnt seem to be roted out from the master cylnder. i replaced all bad fuses. some were just old and falling apart. i have headlights and the gauges work, but when i turn the lights on the gauge lights and the clock light to the right of the gauges go out. every once in a long wile they work for about 30 seconds any sugestions on what to do.

the thing hanging would be a thin peace of metal that alines the lower bumper middle to sides. on the way home the front left tire came apart. no damage just trough the treed. like i said i love the truck, long bed is great i can fit my motorcycle in it. it only being 2wd i didnt think it could be a shoor nough mud truck, and in middle ga there aint a whole lot of rocks to crawl. besides my main hobie is paintball. i know i want to do some work to it, cause i know if i take care of that motor itl run forever side note for introduction i can't spell for crap and it dosnt bother me, I'm a builder not a wrighter
