mine looked nice painted, i primed them, painted 2 coats, then 2 or 3 coats of clearcoat
they came out sweet
until i realized i FORGOT TO SCORE THE RIMS FIRST!!!!
whatever you do, don't forget to score!!! :shake:
this sucks...ok ill listen to the experienced
i just want my truck to look like in the pic, lifted like 3"
i thought there would be a cheap answer, but there never is, huh.
so ill return these and order the spacers you request
link?
and can't i get ones to lift like 3" or is that too high? :dunno:
just unpacked and there is a slit in it so i assume you "thread" it into the spring with the body jacked up
these are polyurathane
these were like 15 bucks each
WD - 40 is not penetrating. It's a lubricant. You need to use Penetrating Blaster.
:rotfl2: everytime someones gotta say it  :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
here's a pic of these things....I'm not too sure
but I'm gonna try n put em in
only problem is that i have no idea how...i know, newbie
here's a pic of the booster
nows a pic of the "instructions on the back
the worker told me that the center pic is for lift
the bottom pic is for stregnth
is this true?
and how do i put them on?
thanks!
Paul
here's my truck with a 4" lift on it...no sagging in the front right? looks great to me
here's my lift kit
nice huh...it was sooooo expensive u don't even wanna know
torch it! :agree:
heat is your friend.
heat it till its red....alot of heat....then get some good wrenches or sockets on it and try tightening the bolt a little bit first, then loosen
tightening first breaks up the sieze :smart:
ha ha i moved my mirror too!
i just flipped it upside down on the clip. now the dimmer is on the top, but i can see
wasnt that right in your way?
Why is the front diff in the middle? :hmm:
cause he drew it in paint? :rotf:
what about that booster that is hooked up to the bed and axle? the one that i bypassed...the part where the rear brake line is hooked up to that stupid weight mechanizm?????
on that brake block in the pic, there is a plug in the front of the block....and in the pic, that line in the front should go to that arm....
right?
if you come up here i am
also a caliper and new rotors for inspection
possibly 2" spacers for my coils too
lots of stuff to do smithe... :wall:
but if you go and get this vc, make sure you get the plug from the front hose on the cover...going into engine...its a difrent size,
oh yeah, get like 5' of hose from home depot or pep boys or somewhere too
the "upgraded hoses" are to short
i will start a thread for this this weekend if u wanna wait
