ive got my handle today, it looks good. now to re condition the rest of it and get it all installed -
thats pretty neat, i do like the punched plate over it,

the seam is totaly gone on mine, so bad that the gate flexes when you stand on it. the rest is solid so on mine i plan on cuting the flange off and replacing the bottom with angle iron. not the pretty way to do it but should be fairly stout -
thats, interesting... i did always think a slant back humvee topper would be kinda neat for keeping a spare tire and tools out of the weather

hmm, good thing i caught that, i actualy have some of those spacers on the shelf in my shop ill have to grab one when i do my bumper

so the sleeve with the jcr rear bumper is not the right size? ive been looking at that one and hope to order one before to long

what was left of mine were tinted like that, i use brake clean to get it off then use a plastic buffing compound on the lenses to bring them back to gloss. it might be an option

i zip tied it open a few days ago and now its kinda getting heat, but its prolly pretty gunked up i know the one on the cherokee i had was. that was a Saturday plan. its nice to be able to bring it into the shop and work on it without being bothered. but looks like i have to work and then maybe a junk yard run

I'm actualy thinking of that kinda rack myself, once i get the truck reliable ill need to track down some tubing to play with -
yup i work at a gm garage, one of the techs is gonna hook it up and show me how to use the power flusher when we have some free time

i kinda doubt it even has a thermostat in it, was gonna try to go overt the cooling system saturday when i can get in the shop but i got pulled ito doing some other stuff. ill take a look at the cable thanks

quick question did some looking dindt find anything, is the heater box temperature door vacuum or cable actuated. with the heater control valve bypassed I'm still not getting very good heat and was wondering if i had a bad actuator

looks pretty close to mine hight wise with no lift and 31s. and you shouldnt have to drop the tank to pull the sending unit it should be on the side i think. atleast mine was -
