This is my friends backyard and it's currently low tide and we still have 2 hours until the storm is actually hitting it's hardest!

The entire south coast of Long island has been evacuated and due to the full moon and high tide times along with high winds, houses at the shore are expected to be under 10 FEET of water. I just hope some of the streets are flooded enough so I can go wakeboarding behind my friends jet ski !!!

I'm about 40-50 ft above sea level on an island. People here really think it's the end of the world! My gas tanks full and I have a 24 pack of ramen noodles. I'm set if I really have to wait anything out haha if we really do get some bad weather I hope it snows too! My snowboards waxed!

Bumper needs to be less than 40" from the ground and you can't be wider than 86" I think, you don't need mudflaps fenders or doors, just 2 mirrors. NY is okay with most car modifications.

Love this! Everyone in my family has had a jeep or currently owns one. My mom had a 71 commando and a 91 grand waggy, my dads had anything and everything you can imagine, was/is the original owner of my manche, my sister drives a 91 YJ all my cousins have wranglers or libertys, a few of my aunts and uncles have WKs. Been very busy between work and college! Here's the new floor and insulation and how I have the sound bar behind the seat I've been making bumpers and other little stuff for friends and made up a tire carrier for my friends 2dr XJ Said friend then slid down a hill backwards 2 days later and did this and then bought the 89 2wd longed manche that I was suppose to acquire so we took everything off it in a day and spent the next day swapping everything over, now I have a Comanche buddy to wheel with!

havent been driving my truck at night but I turned on the headlights before i started my truck this evening and they were fine and the second i went to start it, BAM no headlights and more flickering so I'm gunna buy a dimmer switch when i have some extra cash and see if that makes a difference :fs1:

Full tuneup, motor mounts, tranny mount, find a front d60 and get some axle mounts from ballistic fab and buy a pair of 37s and swap my 60s in. I know it won't happen until at least march but I can dream right?

Couldn't find any wires exposed or burnt, all the connectors looked fine and just for ghits and shiggles I tried using my low beams around 6pm last night after not driving my truck all day and they worked fine and the dash lights didnt flicker, then around 10 I went to the store and they didn't work again :facepalm:

Most people use 2x5 or 2x6, 3/16 wall box tubing for sliders, I made my own stubby front bumper out of 2x4. check out the advanced fab section on naxja and get some ideas.

Most XJ/MJ lift springs have spring rates from 160-220 pounds and I remember reading bronco and f250 springs being around 400

The kit is plug n play and had a relay in the harness. I'm thinking it's a short or the dimmer switch on the steering column is bad.

I believe Andy in Pa has a sweet bed on his white manche? It has a lot more work put into it than the last two pics you posted, def diggin the m175 bed too
