My clutch packs gave out on my 8.8. I'm trying to decide if it's cheaper to buy a new axle or get new clutch packs. I know many will say "buy a new axle". If I go that route, it'll be at least 350$ for anew axle. 150$ for swap kit, fluids and then a few hours of labor (welding new spring perches, tubes, truss) whereas If I buy new clutch packs, I know they'll be good and with parts and labor it'd be like 400$

I have brand new leafs on mine with a 8.8 swap and it's at least a 7inch lift. Up front I have 5.5 inch coils and 1.75 spacers and then back is still a tad highest

I just got one from smart parts automotive and it was a very easy process. 1400$ with a 300$ core

I believe so. The tranny is for a 95 Cherokee. I have the clutch kit for a 95 with a 87 renix flywheel. I ran this set up for a year but then I got another reman ax15 I just recently out in

External but my slave cylinder is fine, the throwout bearing is just bad

Mine hasn't given up but every time i shift it makes a horrible noise, and it's only 3 weeks old. When I put it on it seemed loser then my old one

I put in a brand new throwout bearing and it's already bad. It's the Napa brand, now I need another, which is best?

Oh and another thing that sucks is that this cop is camped out at my school everyday, so i actually have to put on mud flaps within 10-15 days or else ill get another ticket. Everyone in my area, very liberal town, drives subareas and VW's so i kinda stand out lol. I hate the look of mud flaps.

So bad news y'all: Just got s 686$ ticket So I just left school and I hadn't put my seatbelt on which was stupid, my mistake, but I also didn't have my insurance card with me so the officer thought I had none, no mudflaps, and then I had a knife in my truck on school campus. Ripped my shift boot, not the console shift boot but the one that is around the shift tower in a manual. Now when the windows down hot air comes through the cab. Anyone know where to find a new one? Thanks

I bought a 50 inch curved led bar from Amazon dor 120$. I then siliconed it so it wouldn't get water in it and that thing was like a sun. I got rid of it a few months later because it made the cab too loud on the freeway. Sold it for 160$. I made money lol

It is an external slave and is only about 8 months old but maybe its bad?

So I swapped in yet another ax15 a few weeks ago. It was a reman. Working great, but I'm having clutch issues. The clutch isn't engaging all the way. Most of the time it's fine, then randomly some days it makes a weird noise and doesn't fully engage and disengage. Everything is brand new, torqued down to spec, and red-loctited. What could this be? Really annoying.
