Ya the stock insulation that I still haven't figured out is so annoying and it got wet 3 days ago and it's still sopping wet. Is that ductin stuff easy to or in and does it last?

How do I get that foam insulation that's under the carpet by the pedals and goes over to the passenger side? I can't figure it out

The clutch master cylinder is the thing all the way to the right in the corner of the engine bay right? The thing to the left of the brakes? I was just looking and what I think is the clutch, it says to put in dot 3 fluid. My clutch master cylinder was just replaced and this thing I'm looking at looks brand new too but it says brake fluid in it

So it rained here in the northwest, big surprise i know, and my door wasn't all the way shut so my carpet got sopping wet. Ive looked under my carpet all ready and on the drivers side there is surface rust and one thumb size hole. Every where else is perfect condition so I'm pumped about that. My first question is if this plan i have sounds like it'll be good. First ill put in a patch, then sand every thing down, then primer it, then paint it black and then hit it with a rubber coating. Also there is a hole ok each side hat goes through the floor pan and the frame. Can I weld a cap over those? Seems like water would Come through them? There definitely a factory thing Next, i was under my truck and noticed some seaping from the tranny and places around the motor so i check some of my fluids and my oils good but not the master cylinder or the power steering fluid.. My clutch went out a few weeks ago and the mechanic fixed the master cyclinder and while it was in there i had them change the oil and check the tranny fluid and they said everything was good. Well that was 2 weeks ago and now my master cylinder fluid is on low and same with power steering fluid. What kind of fluids do i put in the master cylinder and power steering? Ive never done anything with those and it doesn't say on the caps and i don't have a manuel. And does anyone have any good ideas for a good replacement for the carpet? I hate it cause after work it always gets so gross and greasy. Id like to do linex in but I don't have the money Also how do i check the tranny fluid? and does anyone know where i can get a manual for it? I have a cherokee manual, but id like a comanche specific one. thanks again

The second link you put is broken. Also, We're going to sumas mountain this saturday to do some wheeling, You're more than welcome to come. I'd love to but I'm going to tour central college. Also I might need your help when I do this swap. I'll let you know when it's gonna happen. I got a lot of new tools from my uncle like some air stuff and a big compressor so hopefully it's smooth sailing

How thick of steel should i get for a patch? I got 1 rust hole

So almost ready to do my swap and lift, but i got a few questions. First, do i need new front and rear shocks for the lift? I'd like to get some anyway because i hate mine. Second, for the flange adaptor do i get the 1310 one? thanks y'all

Clutch went out, it's mechanical so hopefully it's just a seal because I found fluid on my pedal, but if it's the sleeve cylinder i just hope it's external. I don't even know what it looks like so not sure what I'm looking for. Thanks

So once i get about 500$ I'm finally going to get the rest of the parts for my 8.8 swap and the alexia lift, but then i want to get some new tires and so if i went up to 33s or hopefully 35s, what will happen with my bad tranny? should i start looking for a ax15? its a bolt in swap other then widening the tunnel right? thanks

You'd have no problem running 31s. Although I can only go into fifth around 65-70 with 3.08s

Anyone had any experience with fox shocks? Once I do my lift I'd like to get a nice pair of shocks instead of the $#!&ty rough country shocks I got right now

I have his front winch bumper and rock sliders and love them. Probably going to get the rear bumper and then add on some quarter panel protection this summer

Rock sliders finally came and i put them on a week or so ago and i also pulled up the drivers side carpet and found one thumb size rust hole and only minor surface rust. I think that I am just gunna cut out the rust spot, get a patch welded in and paint the whole thing and make sure it's sealed up and then finish it over with plastidip spray cause I've had that stuff work wonders

Could I just jb weld it then get linex out over it? I've seen linex work mircles so I think that'd be strong wnough

Pretty sure it was from outside cause the previous owner bed lined the well wheels but right where the rust was there was none and plus the paint on the inside was ok while the outside was all rust
