  1. I got the bolts closer to the cab off, and then jacked that part of the bed up. I was able to cut between the bed and the frame an got the other 2 by the cross member. Then i went through the top of the bed to get the last 2. Needless to say, the bed was scrap
  2. i agree with the no cell phone laws, i've been to many the scene of a car accident, and when the driver is asked if they were on there phone you always get the definitive "NO!" only to find the phone laying in the middle of the road, or right by the car :fool: . Also, being on the fire department i have come to meet many troopers, and most of them do drive recklessly and almost all are on there phones, what seems to be all time. I think this is wrong, but when it comes down to it, whos going to stop them :dunno:
  3. Put this in the 2010 schedule thread, but sounds like a lot of people are planning on hittin up Rausch, we should get a meet an greet with some wheelin some time
  4. Yea Rausch is on my list a few times this summer. All breeds jeep show in york. Also gonna be headed down to south jersey to ride the jersey pine barrens, an probly shoot over to LBI. We might have to put something together if enough people are up for Rausch
  5. might have to do this while i'm doing nothing in school tomorrow :D

  9. need this quick, seem to be a :dunce: when it comes to this subject. I can't figure out what bolts to loosen to get the pump to pivot. My chilton shows 2 in the back but i only see one. :help: please
  10. SOA rear will give you a lot more lift then you are looking for
  11. possibly IAC
  12. Thats the thing i've always liked about RK, everything they sell uses solid stock :clapping:
  13. Well in NJ yes this is a forest. We don't get lots of soft wood trees. Most are hardwood, and believe me you could barely walk through most of it last year. These pictures were taken on the same day, its not there as a comparison. And as for driving over it, i would but i try an keep the rangers happy :brows: . They don't mind if you stay on the trails, but they don't like it when you tear the land up a lot, for obvious reasons
  14. Took the MJ up through the state forest yesterday, and found that some of my trails were getting blocked by downed trees. Then i rounded a bend and found this Image Not Found Image Not Found I know they do select cutting every year, and clear the dead fall, but i haven't seen anything close to this clear cutting they're doing. :( I'm not sure if they're doing this for safety purposes, because we just got done fighting a 100 plus acre wild fire not too far from where i took these pictures, but hopefully this doesn't continue for too long, because i like all my local trails to open.
  15. Yea, i was planning on shooting Tom an email, funds are a little low at the moment.
  16. , maybe i'll have to look into them, seems like a pretty good deal
  17. not much of an update, front hubs are done. Now to the alignment shop, and hopefully get rid of my front end shake..... hopefully
  18. was the 307 for the set, or just lowers?
  19. Will probably be buying new lower (and possibly) upper control arms fairly soon. I've come down to either Rubicon Express or Rock Crawler an am looking for opinions for from people who use them. O an forgot that i'm sticking with short arms.... for now ;)

  21. Alignment is what i figured. I checked ball joints and they're fine. I guess i'll be going to the alignment shop this week
  22. Well track bar is good, that was also just replaced. I guess it could be my LCA bushings, i think there gettin pretty old. Might have to get it aligned an see if that helps
  23. Well, still hunting my front end demon. :fs2: Had the tires re balanced, which helped a little. Replaced both hubs, which didn't help at all :headpop: . Could there be an alignment issue, its off some, but i wonder how much of an effect this would have on the shimmy. I can't do much more than 50 before the shake becomes too much to bear. Looking for some help
