There's always more plans then cash! Got a few neat things I wanna do. If this one turns out too be a little too rusty, ill wheel it till it folds like a taco and buy another one. First thing on the list is stiffeners and suspension.

Just picked this up last week for 1k Sold my 98 POS trail rig this spring. Time to make a new one. Found this one locally through a car soup ad. "Tires on last leg, ticking time bomb" used in the the ad. Perfect! 139k, 4.0/AW4/242 LP30/8.25 As it sits it was used for drug store deliveries up until 2 weeks ago. It's leaking coolant slightly from the water pump and the turn signals don't work. I took it for a spin down the highway but it drives like crap do to the terrible tires. Plans are 3-4" lift with 35s.

This is irritating. I've actually instead ordered from 4wheelparts getting the same stuff do to free shipping over 100 bucks. Shipping costs more then the damn parts in some instances.

Looks like you got the flat flares on. I'm planning the same for my project.

Odds and ends... Fuel door back on. Had to drill out one bolt so I drilled both out and used grade 8 bolts to attach it. Anytime I'm replacing a bolt, grade 8 gets the nod. Cleaned (fml) prepped and bed lined the I interior floor. Need to buy one more can then i will be done. And a shot of the junkyard door off a 94 XJ that will be used for the drivers door. Needs a little body work and new window wipes and lock cylinders. Then paint obviously.

I'm a fan of the 97+ t~case handle. It's kind of a sneaky mod not everyone would notice.

Time for a MJ update. Fixed up floors, partially. Before After Used a small bit of POR15. Nasty stuff! But I'm impressed how it works and lays down. Steering. Bought Crown HD steering. Figured for 225 with stabilizer, it wasn't a bad deal. New vs old Installed, (don't mind the disaster in the background) Shocks! Just for the front for now. I gotta flex this thing out to correctly measure for rears. Bilstein 5100. Still planning to completely paint the interior floor. Hammered black just like everything else. I also picked up some doors from the junkyard finally. Have new lock cylinders to put in and window wipes. Also got replacement weather stripping. Going to start putting interior back in maybe later this week along with body and paint work on the new to me doors, tailgate, cowl piece.... That's it! Thank god. Brakes are last on the list for now. Gotta redo a bunch of stuff. New wiper motor needs to be put in yet too... Lol piddly crap. Also picked up a AX15 finally! Might have a trans shop run through it to make sure all is well. Gotta find a t case and order a HD x member too. That's it for today!

Your are not supposed to take pics at the scrapyard... Just makes life harder.. I brought my elim in one day and came back 3 days later and it was still sitting in the same spot. I had to relive the expirance again... And YOU took pictures! Looking good brother. Hoping to swing down to go fishing with my work buddy that lives down there sometime this summer, I'll have to swing by.
