  1. Haha! It's a custom set of gauge covers made by http://www.azzysdesignworks.com/ I know Azzy personally and gave him the idea for some of the styling on this set and I couldn't be happier with them!
  2. I just put in a set of these from my friend Azzy.
  3. Ohh.. I'm my hurried reading of your post I read it slightly different. lol
  4. Hmm, my air box seems to be missing that sensor.. My spare air box doesn't have it either. Is it common for them to fall off?
  5. "Ten years" Holy crap, that's a long time to have any problem!
  6. I definitely want it and waiting is not a problem. I'm not in a rush, I just want to stock up on the harder to find parts for when I feel brave/stupid enough to tackle my clutch..
  7. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to that! Might be easier for me and more interesting if I just meet you at your place to pick it up.
  8. Mine is the same as yours, aside from your higher quality rear axle.. I got 31" - 33" compressed/extended lengths when I measured, but those may be slightly off.
  9. That's not a bad price, I think.
  10. Yeah, I tried to borrow one from an auto already and it was too long.
  11. They went from the BA 10 to the AX 15 mid year 89. I'm not sure if they are different lengths or not. I measured and it's 32" yolk to yolk on the truck. So the driveshaft has to be a bit shorter than that fully compressed. If I remember, I'll measure the original shaft and post that info.
  12. I want a 94+ AX-15 external slave bell housing. I fear I may need to do either some clutch/cylinder work on my truck and would rather make this a one and done deal.
  13. Bump
  14. That's because I was next door helping my friend Azzy run his booth and bought it ASAP. Nathan was really nice too, he gave me a bunch of spare parts. Oh, and I bought the cargo light and switch off of him for $5..
  15. Hello again, I just finished rebuilding my NP231 Transfer case after a seized front u joint installed by a PO almost completely tore it apart.. But anyway, I got that sorted but when it came to replacing the output seals none of the ones I bought fit! Are the seals different between the NP231 and the NP231J? Either way, could someone please give me the part # for the front and rear output seals? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!
  16. I was hoping they weren't ALL different.. But of course they are anyway, mine is 4.0L AX 15
  17. Hey all, I need a front drive shaft for a Cherokee/Comanche with a manual trans.
  18. I'll be taking my MJ on it's first road trip (under it's own power) out to the show! My friend Azzy is a vendor there and I've been dying to take my truck out somewhere that people will know what it is..
  19. Hey, I know great guy that does stickers for lots of other Jeeps and Jeep shows at good prices! My friend Azzy from AzzysDesignWorks.com. just send him an email and I'll make sure he reads it.
  20. Now with the interior installed, I buttoned up most of the dash aside from the bezel. Azzy is making me a set of Special Edition gauge faces for it! After that, my electronically savvy friend and I rebuilt the rear tail light harness and after figuring out a few weird issues like, the connector for the reverse light switch severing itself, the plug under the dash for that switch being unconnected because when the fuse box was changed apparently that changed too.. Once we figured all that out we thought it was time for a test drive to our local 24 hour diner, Tom's. Then later that week, I dropped it off at my local, mostly Jeep garage for inspection! and guess what? IT PASSED! My baby, road legal for the first time since 2006! It felt damn good. but, It's far from done.. Now that I'm driving it daily, I have an ever growing list of small things to fix.. not to mention all the upgrades I still have planned! but hey, it is a Jeep, what else should I expect? :MJ 1:
  21. With Bantam over, the floor in the truck done, and the sound system installed, I can now do the most rewarding part of all, install the rest of the all Black interior! Step one, Install carpet. Step two, drink beer! Install interior plastics! Step three, Install the center console and seats! Much sexy, very black, such wow..
  22. I took a break from working on the truck to head out to the Bantam Jeep Festival with my friend Azzy from AzzysDesignWorks.com. I had to work Friday so I only got out there in time for the Jeep invasion in downtown Bulter. Finally met a few people from the CClub forums in person! Earl T and StrokerMJ as well as a lot of other nice Jeep enthusiasts. StrokerMJs' show truck in the museum. Soo clean.. After the festival ended on Saturday, Azzy and I took his Jeep trough the trails! and down a few more.. Azzy even stopped to help our friend in his FJ cruiser. and at the end of the day, some Sexy posing for Facebook. Posters available for $5 each.
  23. Now comes the best part, The new Badass Stereo! Super fancy head unit. My very electronically knowagable friend and savior with all the MJ's electrical problems.. Sweet looking amplified sub woofer. Mounted to the cab backing with metal braces. Sound check! Everything sounds amazing, I could not be happier with it. BTW Crutchfield.com is the place to go for audio equipment.
  24. A few more small patches later and the floor is ready to be sealed! After many hours of spreading roofing cement around late into the night.. So after waiting about a week for all that to dry, (It was a really rainy week, so it took longer) I got around to sound deadening the floor and rear of the cab with (you guessed it!) Peel N' Seal roof patching! This stuff is dirt cheap compared to anything else, it doesn't smell, and works great!
  25. THERE WILL BE BLOOD! FLOOR! (And some blood..) Metal cleaning attachment attached to drill had a sudden parting of ways.. Hammerin' stuff and adjusting things to fit right Weldin' stuff (note the glow from the cab) Small patch on driver's side floor Slightly larger patches on pass side
