4.0L is generally a noisy motor, you're going to have piston slap on a cold start up, as long as it goes away with some temperature and it's not a horrible noise don't worry about it. some of them are quiet, some of them made noise out of the box

no reason why the HO throttle housing won't work... if its a different thread then see about a brass adapter or tapping it out.

Looking for pre-chrysler locks... i need the glove-box lock, and both door locks with keys... my door key is MIA. I'm good on ignition key/lock i will consider the chrysler key if someone has a tilt-column with all three locks and key.

the transmission would be a plug and play if you were using one from a early 90s cherokee. the tj transmission may also turn the t-case up towards the floor more requiring some floorpan modification (hammer work) i just finished putting a yj AX in my truck. you will need the slave cylinder and master setup because the new one you have is external slave and your current setup is internal slave.

The best way to fill it empty is to take off the upper hose and pour straight down the thermostat neck, then when the engine is I'll put the hose back on and top up the bottle. Should be able to bleed it by pointing the nose downhill and loosening the temp sender at the back if the head

i've got the 14.4v snap-on 3/8" impact and its brilliant, battery lasts for a week getting beat on daily (mechanic) and i use it for everything. my boss bought the same gun i have at the same time (2 or so years ago) and he slapped an 18v battery on it and its zinging REAL good now. his'll break stuff! i don't need the extra juice, but just shows it'll take it if you can dish it out.

Once you're running 35s the d30 unit bearings don't like you much... So you ought to keep an eye onthem maybe check them every oil change for play but other than that just run em til they're worn out. Prett tough and the warn hub conv is 1000+$
