i get my factory parts pretty cheap if from the dealership!...kinda helps that they sponsor the club I'm in and i worked there at one time..

got mine at Wal*Mart

TPS? or coil pack maybe(if it the coil pack i might have one for cheap), also check the easy stuff like fuses and fusable links.

could a bad TPS effect the torque converter? the reason i ask is my MJ does the same thing when i and slowing down around 30-40mph and i don't think the TC is locking up at hwy speeds. also how do i check if the TC is locking up correctly?

u talking about the small pipe that is coming out by the upper hose inlet? i used a monkey wrench when i changed mine.

i was kinda headin toward a swing out like a TJ/YJ set-up...not sure yet

dang i thought i was gonna beat someone to the idea...hehe i have been playing around with the tiregate idea once i get the cooling system working better...atleast now i'll some ideas to "borrow" ..lol BTW it looks like a good start!

would have been better using a hummer, that should be a crime doin that to a Jp. course the vid would have been shorter using a hummer.... :brows: BTW its a pretty cool vid, it just made sad and my stomach churn.. :popcorn:

lowes has a great selection, i got a couple of the thinner ones and they cut steel like butter!!

i get new ones just because its easier for me to cut the old ones off...hehe :redX:

i havent got my rear ones done yet but here's my front ones.... just used some black iron pipe and bumpstops from the zone

oh BTW i have a set of 3" coils and short AAL if your interested. and spare D35 shafts...lol

bout this much..hehe here is with 3" coils and AAL i hope that once i get my rear bumper made and trail gear in the bed it will sit more level. i look 900lbs of scrap steel to a salvage yard yesterday and the rear sagged just a little lower than the front so i should be ok..lol

i'm gonna see what i can get the RE ones for. i got my new RE 5.5" TJ coils for $135 shipped so i think i can get a good deal on the control arms.. :D

i know Rusty has a bad rap for his springs but what about his control arms? also who makes good adj control arms for a 6" lift? i need to get a set of real control arms so i can take the MJ wheelin!

it should ok but it is a D35...lol mine had a D35 and 33's but only had 3.07's so not much torque goin through it.
