  2. NO I do not believe just a bolt will work. Most auto parts stores I have been in have a section with fittings, unions and plugs. get a brass plug from them. CW Thanks for the info! i didn't think the person a the parts store knew what they was talkin bout.
  3. i have a XJ dist valve for the front to fix that problem, but i was wondering if a regular bolt will work to "cap off" where the load sensor line went? i am just wanting to use the bolt as a temp fix to make sure the rest of my brake system is ok, until i can do the dakota line swap.

  5. checked out my rear lines and found the problem was the line goin to the height sensor that blew so i took the sensor assm out and i'm gonna plug the valve where it was and the one on the front this week so i'll hopefully be ready to "stop" again...lol

  10. i kinda tested this when i had my hemi and it really didn't make enuf of a difference, except that my tailgate would bang up and down makin all kinds of noise. i always left it up because i was worried about damaging the tailgate from it slamming around.

  13. ya VIN's are kinda funcky my bro-inlaw had his gears changed to 456's and his VIN said factory was 3.73 but were really 3.07's. :?: :roll:
  14. if i knew that the wires were all hooked up right i would just throw some loom over them and be done. i hate too let this go and end up burning something up. :shock:

  16. i think some of the mess is from swaping in the AW4. it had a manual because i found the clutch pedal linkage and fluid reservoir.
  17. i'm kinda new to some of the abbr what is UBE? Upper Bolt Extender?
  18. anyone know if painless makes a kit for the MJ or atleast the 4.0L? it looks like a family of birds are living under my hood..lol :shock:
  19. Hey everyone i just joined. Nice lookin MJ's! here are a few of mine. 89 shortbed, 3" rough country, trimmed fenders and TJ flares, 33x12.50 MT's on black cragars(not shown), and hopefully i will get the SOA done this spring. :twisted: a run at the Bison Ranch in MO same run poser pic on a redneck RTI ramp.. :D
