i'm looking at buying a set of used longarms. the only issue is they are on a truck whose mount is welded to the frame, so the mount does not come with it. what do you guys suggest for a longarm frame mounting system. I'm not in a position to fab one, as my fabbing skills just aren't there. I'm looking at buying one. clayton's looks good, what do you guys think? any other places I should look at?

i'm looking around for disconnects for my front sway bar. for those of you with discos, what are you running, and what do you think of them? i am considering buying used ones, will discos from a YJ or TJ work?

i recently posted a "feeler" post on a local jeep club board, cuz i was thinking of getting a new JK. i put $1500 on it without the 35's, no rear brakes, and an electrical issue. within 2 hours I had 3 people message me telling me they wanted it. I decided against the JK (for now) and kept the MJ (for now). so, i bet I could get $2000 for it fairly easy....

the place where it won't line up is at the downpipe, not the head. iirc, the HO version is pointed back more, where the renix is more straight down.

regardless of all that, I still don't think they're a better team with rogers as their starting qb. it will be interesting to see how he does though, I sure hope he proves me wrong.

wow, that thing is nice. all of the bitching and moaning i do about ppl thinking they're MJ's are worth waaaay too much because they're "rare" does not apply to this one. definitely worth the asking price, if not more. wish I was closer, it would be in the driveway already.

see....now why can't Jeep build something like that?! if it were a jeep with the same looks, you would all be "omigod, I have to have one!" sure, it's kinda fugly, but 150 hp, 300lb/ft of torque, a 2600lb payload. holy snappin arseholes, somebody's making a real truck! oh yeah, and i forgot to mention 30-35 mpg!!!!! that's friggin amazing. i bet they'll sell well, escpecially to delivery companies, bike/atv/snowmobile shops, and any other business out there which puts a lot of miles on they're trucks. i like it.

you don't somehow think the packers are a better team with rogers as QB do ya? the packers without Favre won't make the playoffs, i say they win 7 games at most next year. and that's hard for me to say, cuz they're my team. it's a sad sad day for cheeseheads
