What is the i.d. of the nuts. Like I mentioned I have 3/16" which are to big.

What fastens the Jeep letters on the front header panel in front of the hood. I took mine off for some paint work 2 Years ago and don't remember what fastens them on. Pal nuts or those push on fasteners? I have both but in 3/16" which are to large diameter holes in the center.

Did you look at Rockauto under literature. That's where I got mine for the TBI system.

Plus the gauge cluster is covered in dust/dirt. I see so many vehicles listed for sale that need a good vacuuming. How long would that take?

Yes that's what I did. I tested according to the steps in the TSM.

I wish I could use an OBDII reader on my truck.

So if I don't get any variation in voltage between points B and C that means the sensor is bad?

What were the symptoms that caused you to suspect the TSP was bad?

WOT stands for Wide Open Throttle.

According to the picture in the TSM I used the correct ones.

I have a 2.5L engine in my 1987 Comanche. I am trying to adjust the TPS to factory specs according to the TSM. It says that the voltage reading between terminals B and C should be 5v at WOT. That's what I get but it also reads 5v with the throttle closed. It doesn't vary from closed to open. The TSM doesn't give a voltage spec at closed. Does this seem right? When I check between terminals A and B it changes from less than 1v to 4.7v which looks to be correct according to the manual.

I finally figured out how to install my bucket seats from a 95 Cherokee in my 87 Comanche. I originally bought some of the reproduction brackets from Krustyballer but they will not work with the adjusters on these seats. I mounted some 4" x 1/4" flat stock on the floor. On the front I attached 2 pieces of 1 1/2" angle iron. I fastened the plates down using the stock seat studs from the old bench seat. Some of the studs have to be made longer. I used some 8mm x 1.25 threaded rod cut to length. The plate ends closest to the trans tunnel need to be spaced up 1" to level the plates. The inner stud in the back will match up with the hole in the new seat. For the outer hole in the bracket I drilled and tapped a hole in the plate and ran a button head bolt up to use as a stud. The front part of the seat bracket was bolted to the pieces of angle on the front plate.

Thanks for the answer. I've seen that canister behind my front bumper but never checked it out. No cruise so must just be for HVAC.
