  1. ok. thanks. what about the d30 front. isnt there a certain set of years with the bigger shafts, and to find them its abs or no abs? i can't quite remember :dunno:
  2. I'm thinking 8.8 disk brakes, possibly limited slip and 4.10s... but we will see. and what year do you find the bigger shafts? and do u look for abs or no abs, i can't remember
  3. pulled my cover off the d35 to find about 8 teeth in the bottom of the diff.... go me

  6. well this week i trimmed my front flares and tested my tires. in some mud and dirt :D then two days later i destoryed my turdy five on the pavement.... so now I'm looking for an axle
  7. ok, i got my 33s and i need to make some room. i figured take off the front flares get some rear mj flares(have) and work them on to open up some un-needed sheet metal. just wondering what tips you guys have for me. for mounting cutting etc. talk to me like a dummy :D also what do you do when the nuts break off when you try and take the flares off? thanks guys

  10. i havent worked on it for a while. but a drain will be needed, or it may end up as trash. umbrella is a nice idea.... i might have to think about that. thanks for the compliments

  18. was it dirtycomanche who ran the leaves up front? but ya the link suspension is really nice and a 44 can be made to go in buy purchasing a weld on truss with built in link mounts to make a beefy front end, without the hassle. good flex/ride/handling less work

  21. hmm bracketry for pump as well as pulleys resivour and all the plumbing, new steering box? perhaps some new steering shafts, not 100% sure
  22. for a small block it can be done but cooling will be your biggest concern. novak makes some mounts and adapters i believe and yes some people have put d44s under the front, normally from a wagoneer. I'm sure they will chime in. as wel as those who have a sbc under the hood

  24. the grill will not actually be on the wood. we where wondering the same thing, we might build some sort of heat shield
