Can you recommend a brand or where to get them? I've seen the autozone stuff, but don't want to buy it unless I know it's going to fit well. Thanks in advance! Think maybe I saw a custom fit cover for MJ bench on JC Whitney site. look for the "custom" or "made for comanche" wording in their discription. WahooSteeler Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 what about those neoprene covers from quadratec.com? i think the brand is "wet Okole" (checked my catalog), so you might want to go direct to their website. i asked a guy on jeep forum selling his if he liked them, said he loved them, only reason he was selling is he was getting racing seats or something. 1987Comanche Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 I got a decent one for my '87 for just under $50 shipped. I had to cut holes for the seatbelts but it's not a bad fit. It was originally really tight but it's loosened up a bit in the past few months. Let me know if you're interested and I'll pull up the info on where I got it. It an Allison Rough N Ready Compact Bench Seat Cover, P/N ALL-65-6880 and it was $45.06 shipped to the door. It was kind of a PITA to install but I like it overall. I checked out the allison rough n ready 1987Comanche suggested and it looked nice. However, everything else I can find is for full-size trucks. I would just like to see a couple more options before I decide what I go with. Any more guidance that anyone might have would be great. Just taking up garage space, it's yours if you want it. No brackets but if you're swapping for your existing bench then you don't' need em anyway. Finally found one who would stitch up a vinyl cover for $150. Color matched up perfectly. This is what I got. And it's better than out of a pro shop. Found a local upholsterer who did my bench for $80. (hey, this is 'Bama :eek:). This is the way to go IMHP - all seat covers get loose over time.
