70barracuda Posted Friday at 11:34 PM Posted Friday at 11:34 PM So it seems these pressure switches for the 2.5 power steering are just non existent anymore. Mines blowing fluid out the connector so its totally done. Would like to find a replacement but there is nothing out there. Anyone have a workaround or am I just going to have the plug it?
eaglescout526 Posted Saturday at 12:28 AM Posted Saturday at 12:28 AM Does teamcherokee still have their NOS supply?
Porquer Posted Saturday at 12:45 PM Posted Saturday at 12:45 PM I’m looking for one too. I’m retrofitting power steering to my 87 2.5. Is it a simple switch to ground? I’ve considered using a switch from a later non Renix 2.5 and splicing in a new connector. I’m not sure that the operating pressures are the same though.
llhat Posted Saturday at 08:24 PM Posted Saturday at 08:24 PM educate a non-2.5 owner... what does this switch 'do'...
