Power steering pressure switch

So it seems these pressure switches for the 2.5 power steering are just non existent anymore. Mines blowing fluid out the connector so its totally done.  Would like to find a replacement but there is nothing out there. Anyone have a workaround or am I just going to have the plug it?

I’m looking for one too. I’m retrofitting power steering to my 87 2.5. Is it a simple switch to ground? I’ve considered using a switch from a later non Renix 2.5 and splicing in a new connector. I’m not sure that the operating pressures are the same though.

educate a non-2.5 owner... what does this switch 'do'...

it does two things, increases the amount of fuel the engine takes and disengages the compressor.

ok, thanks...   so reapplying resources/load to help an anemic engine....
