70barracuda Posted August 14 Posted August 14 So it seems these pressure switches for the 2.5 power steering are just non existent anymore. Mines blowing fluid out the connector so its totally done. Would like to find a replacement but there is nothing out there. Anyone have a workaround or am I just going to have the plug it?
Porquer Posted August 15 Posted August 15 I’m looking for one too. I’m retrofitting power steering to my 87 2.5. Is it a simple switch to ground? I’ve considered using a switch from a later non Renix 2.5 and splicing in a new connector. I’m not sure that the operating pressures are the same though.

llhat Posted August 16 Posted August 16 ok, thanks... so reapplying resources/load to help an anemic engine....
