Dan Schachner Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Hey folks, I have been looking at getting a Breezer window for my truck to replace the old busted slider that I currently have. They don't have the Comanche listed on their site so I reached out about a custom window. For those that don't know, a Breezer window is a totally removable rear window that opens the back end of the truck up. Here is their site. I reached out to them and chatted with Ben Kosh. He said that all they need to make a custom window is the traced outline of the glass and the dimensions (vertically in the center, horizontally at the top and bottom). Since my window is still in the truck, if someone has a rear window sitting out could they make a trace of it on a sheet of paper and measure what those dimensions are? He also said that if a few guys also ordered one it would waive the design costs. Right now the windows are $650 so if anyone is interested they could jump in! Some pics of what they look like.
neohic Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 I’ve got one I’m my stash I can make a template from this weekend.
Roadrunner Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 Hmm This looks intriguing for an option for a rear window. even if you never remove it!
Roadrunner Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 I actually have an apointment at the local glass place for them to pull and rebed the rear window. maybe can have the glass guys talk?

Roadrunner Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 I took Phone number and your contact name at Breezer windows.. will see what happens
Roadrunner Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 So just got back from the glass place. I traced the rear window and took a bunch of pictures.
derf Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 I have a couple of project trucks that are going to be getting the rear glass pulled and replaced. I would be interested in hearing about getting in on the group buy.
Roadrunner Posted December 5, 2025 Posted December 5, 2025 I emailed the pictures to Breezer windows, I spoke to them and I am mailing a traced outline of the window also, He said will be good to go when receives it.
A-man930 Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 I had no idea such a thing existed. What does the pricing look like with the design costs waived?
A-man930 Posted December 11, 2025 Posted December 11, 2025 Add me to the list of those who would likely go in on a group buy. If they do produce an MJ part, would it be a limited production run? Has a group-buy discount been mentioned at all, or just the opportunity for development costs to be waived?
Dan Schachner Posted December 16, 2025 Author Posted December 16, 2025 I sounds like once they have a CAD file for the window they can make them on demand. Not really a production run style. Did you chat anymore with them? The fella I talked to was Ben and he said he has not received anything about it.
Dan Schachner Posted January 10 Author Posted January 10 If anyone is interested in getting one, DM me so I can get a number together for them.
A-man930 Posted March 11 Posted March 11 So, is anyone going to end up with one of these? I'm not ready to buy yet, but am wondering about the fitment.
