I’ve heard before that the new tanks don’t have that. I haven’t heard anything bad about them not having it, but I don’t have any firsthand experience with them either.

I mean not having that stand won’t make it break anything. But it might make installation 10x easier or a little bit harder. Just run it.

new tanks don't seem to have the mount for the lower end of the pump assembly.  cheapskates.
